Enos: Colorado’s 2025 session pushed the most woke agenda we’ve ever seen

By Colleen Enos | Commentary, Christian Home Educators of Colorado “Woke” does not begin to describe the ideological beliefs of the majority in the Colorado legislature. They have become bold in their desire to reorder our lives in accordance with two basic ideological beliefs. First, there is no intrinsic value to human life. It is a commodity to be disposed of at will, and the destruction of pre-born life is a required service in every emergency room. Second, there is no such thing as a person’s sex; it is merely a “gender identity” seen through “gender expression.” Ryan Anderson explains that the origins of “trans” thinking come from cultural breakdown and fear, among other things. “Too many people were afraid to say that the emperor has no clothes,” he reasons. Transportation Department learns it’s funding $54 million in woke grants — and ends them

By Mary Margaret Olohan | Daily Wire WASHINGTON—The Department of Transportation is terminating $54 million worth of recently-discovered “woke university grants,” The Daily Wire has learned, arguing that the grants advanced radical agendas that ran counter to the department’s mission. Seven schools received grants which Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy told The Daily Wire were advancing a “radical DEI and green agenda” that is wasteful and counter to the Trump administration’s priorities. The University of California, Davis’s National Center for Sustainable Transportation was receiving $12 million for “accelerating equitable decarbonization” research, according to the department, while City College of New York’s Center for Social and Economic Mobility for People and Communities...

Chronister currently serves as sheriff in Hillsborough County, Florida, and Trump says Chronister will work to “secure the Border, stop the flow of Fentanyl, and other Illegal Drugs, across the Southern Border, and SAVE LIVES.” But surely Trump could’ve chosen a candidate who didn’t throw a Christian pastor in jail, release criminals, or threaten the unvaccinated. Biden admin’s ‘woke’ housing agenda faces rude awakening under Republican control

By M.D. Kittle | The Federalist ‘DEI programs masquerade as fairness while instead fostering division, inefficiency, and discrimination,’ said Rep. Michael Cloud. As Rep. Bob Good departs Congress, he’s taking on the disaster that is DEI one more time.  The Virginia Republican recently introduced two bills aimed at dealing with the escalating cost and shortage of housing while combating the discriminatory practices of the so-called Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agenda in public housing policy. Jerry Seinfeld blames ‘PC crap,’ ‘extreme left’ for decline of comedy

By The Washington Times Jerry Seinfeld says woke is killing comedy. In a recent discussion with David Remnick on the New Yorker Radio Hour, the notable comedian and creator of the eponymous sitcom “Seinfeld” shared his insights on the evolving landscape of comedy within the television industry. Mr. Seinfeld expressed a sense of nostalgia for a time when iconic shows were all over TV. “Nothing really affects comedy. People always need it. They need it so badly and they don’t get it,” Mr. Seinfeld said. “It used to be, you would go home at the end of the day, most people would go, ‘Oh, “Cheers” is on. Oh, “MASH” is on. Oh, “Mary Tyler Moore” is on. “All in the Family” is on.’” READ THE FULL STORY AT THE WASHINGTON TIMES
