By Greg Norman  | Fox Business President Donald Trump announced he is planning a 10 percent tariff on Chinese imports on Feb. 1 over the country’s role in fentanyl trafficking.  "We're talking about a tariff of 10% on China, based on the fact that they're sending fentanyl to Mexico and Canada," Trump told reporters at the White House on Tuesday.
