Diddy denied bail for 3rd time in sex trafficking case

By Katie Daviscourt | The Post Millennial Grammy award-winning artist Sean John Combs, 54, also known by his stage name Diddy, has been denied bail by a New York judge for the third time in his sex trafficking case. Combs has been locked up inside Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center since his September arrest. He is being held without bail. Combs asked Manhattan Court federal Judge Arun Subramanian to set his bail at $50 million on Wednesday, but the disgraced music mogul's request was rejected. "The Court finds that the government has shown by clear and convincing evidence that no condition or combination of conditions will reasonably assure the safety of the community," the judge ruled, according to court filings. Prosecutors said before the court that Combs, who...

2-year-old migrant girl picked up at the border tells cops she’s come to U.S. alone to find her parents

By Emily Crane | New York Post A tiny 2-year-old migrant girl who was picked up at the US border clutching a piece of paper with a name and phone number scrawled on it told cops she was there to find her parents, a tragic video shows. The child from El Salvador, clad in a bright pink jacket, was among a group of more than 200 illegal migrants — including 60 unaccompanied minors — detained after crossing the border into Maverick County, Texas, on Sunday, authorities said. The Texas Department of Public Safety released the footage of the little girl admitting to cops that she was traveling alone as she answered a slew of questions. Copeland: Colorado’s sex-trafficking crisis, an intersection of immigration and crime

By Dr. Tom Copeland | Commentary, Denver Gazette Immigration and crime are two of the top issues in this November’s election, according to polls. Where those two issues intersect tragically is sex trafficking, a $150 billion global industry. According to a recent investigative report by The Free Press, sex and labor trafficking of minors in the United States has more than tripled in the past four years — at least gauging by the number who have escaped slavery. That largely coincides with the opening of the southern border. Colorado is not immune to this trend. There is “market demand” for trafficked migrants; a recent bust in Florida arrested scores of johns, not just traffickers. Investigators with Shepherd’s Watch, a nonprofit which tracks commercial sex trends and identifies po...

Ex-Abercrombie & Fitch CEO Mike Jeffries, partner arrested in twisted scheme to sexually exploit male models

By  Emily Crane, Georgett Roberts and Priscilla DeGregory | New York Post Former Abercrombie & Fitch CEO Mike Jeffries, his male partner and a middleman preyed on and horrifically abused more than a dozen young aspiring male models as part of a twisted sex-trafficking and prostitution ring, federal prosecutors said Tuesday. Jeffries, 80, allegedly wielded his “power, wealth and his influence” to traffic scores of men for his own sexual pleasure for nearly a decade — often dangling the promise of modeling careers in their faces, according to the feds. The disgraced fashion boss — who infamously had shirtless young male lifeguards and models parading outside Abercrombie stores and events during his time at the helm of the company — worked the depraved trafficking ...

A heavily tattooed female Tren de Aragua gang member is accused of running a sex-trafficking operation out of a border town hotel that the gang took over, according to a leaked Border Patrol memo obtained by The Post. At least one victim alleged that Estefania Primera — a Venezuelan illegal migrant who goes by the street name “La Barbie” — drugged her and brought men in to gang-rape her while she was unconscious, court documents said.
