Deace: Trump II, this time it’s personnel

By Steve Deace, Commmentary | The Blaze Media It won’t be what you’re used to, it will sometimes make you uncomfortable, and there will almost certainly be some cleanups in aisle 12 along the way. I saw on X that an NBC news reporter described the “general vibe” around Donald Trump’s Cabinet picks as “WTF,” with the appointment of Rep. One agency is melting down over Trump’s win

By Matt Vespa | Townhall The Federal Bureau of Investigation is reportedly a place of mourning. Donald Trump won the 2024 election, capping off the greatest political comeback in American history. Trump won 312 electoral votes and the popular vote. For the top brass at the J. Edgar Hoover Building, it’s likely the end of their tenure at the agency (via Washington Times):  " The brass on the seventh floor at FBI headquarters in Washington are walking around in a daze and wary of a housecleaning since President-elect Donald Trump won his reelection on Tuesday, according to inside sourc...

Justice: Trump’s re-election is the most inspiring political comeback of all time

By Tristan Justice | Commentary, The Federalist Trump’s landslide reflects a triumph over the lockdowns, inflation, and division that defined the Biden era. The Covid years were tough, and now they’re finally ending. In two weeks, I’ll have a health book coming out that in part explains the story of why the lockdowns were so devastating. At the same time, Trump’s election gives hope to aggressively address the issues outlined in the pages. Former President Donald Trump hit a grand slam Tuesday. Republicans finally reclaimed the Senate and the White House four years after America’s deadly lockdowns coincided with a year of political turmoil and ended in a riot at the Capitol. Trump’s legacy was almost diminished as an ex-president whose tenure was defined by cultural unrest and who...
