Netanyahu has been testifying in his own defense in a trial whose central allegation is that he sought better media coverage from a hostile press. His testimony, thus far, has made the charges seem as spurious as critics suggested. However, on Monday the judge announced, after conferring privately with the lawyers for both sides, that the prime minister’s testimony Tuesday would be postponed — leading to speculation about what those circumstances might be. Initially, reports stated that Suwaed and Manaa were in critical condition, with another person severely wounded and six others lightly to moderately wounded, according to Magen David Adom. Hamas hostage and father of 11 rescued by IDF from tunnel in southern Gaza

Qaid Farhan Alkadi, 52, who was kidnapped by the terror group on Oct. 7, was found in a tunnel in Mahrat during a “complex rescue operation,” according to the Israeli military. Alkadi, a father of 11 from the Bedouin Arab community, was rescued by IDF soldiers from the 13th Fleet Unit, 401st Brigade, as well as Yalam and Shin Bet fighters, the military said.
