Colorado GOP petitioning Trump to ‘revoke and rescind illegal pardon’

By BRIAN PORTER | Rocky Mountain Voice The Colorado Republican Party is petitioning President-elect Donald J. Trump to revoke and rescind the pardon of Hunter Biden, issued Sunday by his father, President Joe Biden. In a link shared through Twitter on the party's official account, Republicans are asked to sign the petition requesting Trump "revoke and rescind the portions of this pardon that are illegal and unconstitutional after he is sworn in on Jan. 20, 2025." The webpage includes an image of the pardon with Joe Biden's signature. "Joe Biden issued a far sweeping and, quite frankly, illegal pardon for his criminal son Hunter Biden," the webpage begins. "This is not only a clear and corrupt conflict of interest that highlights the double standards of radical Democrats and the...

‘Most corrupt and partisan President our nation has ever seen’

By BRIAN PORTER | Rocky Mountain Voice The question 4th District U.S. Rep. Ken Buck, R-Windsor, once popularly asked was "Where's Hunter?" Now, the nation and his successor, U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert, R-Windsor, want to know "Why Hunter?" The troubled son of the President, Hunter Biden was given a pardon by Joe Biden on Sunday, an erasure of his litany of criminal wrongdoings. It was not accompanied by pardons for Jan. 6 protesters, Julian Assange or even for Donald J. Trump -- just for his son, Hunter. https://twitter.com/GunOwners/status/1863386274670735575 "Joe Biden is the most corrupt and partisan President our nation has ever seen," Boebert started a Twitter/X post on Tuesday. A pardon which absolves Hunter of any criminal dilemma of the past 10 years -- a time in whi...

Gov. Polis, Sen. Bennet and Rep. Crow slam sweeping Hunter Biden pardon as ‘mistake’

By Ernest Luning | Colorado Politics Leading Colorado Democrats criticized President Joe Biden's pardon of his son for federal crimes, calling the move a "mistake" that weakens Americans' faith in the justice system. Contradicting his own earlier pledges that he wouldn't pardon his son, the Democratic president issued a sweeping pardon for Hunter Biden late Sunday, characterizing the latter's federal prosecution on charges of tax evasion and falsifying a firearms purchase form as politically motivated. "While as a father I certainly understand President @JoeBiden’s natural desire to help his son by pardoning him, I am disappointed that he put his family ahead of the country," Gov. Jared Polis tweeted Sunday night. READ THE FULL STORY AT COLORADO POLITICS

Hunter Biden receives most sweeping pardon since Nixon

By Brady Knox | Washington Examiner Hunter Biden‘s presidential pardon from his father is extraordinary enough that the last comparable incident was former President Richard Nixon’s pardon in 1974. On Sunday night, President Joe Biden announced a “full and unconditional pardon” on all “offenses against the United States which he has committed or may have committed or taken part in” over an 11-year period after repeatedly vowing he wouldn’t. “I have never seen language like this in a pardon document that purports to pardon offenses that have not apparently even been charged, with the exception of the Nixon pardon,” Margaret Love, U.S. pardon attorney from 1990 to 1997, told Politico. Why Kamala Harris got so many fewer votes than Biden

By Fred Lucas | Daily Signal Social media posts after the presidential election were abuzz about the disparity in the vote tally from 2020 to 2024.  Preliminary counts show President-elect Donald Trump with almost as many votes as he got in 2020, when he came up short in his reelection effort against Joe Biden. Trump appears to have 73.3 million votes now; in 2020, he won 74.2 million.  But Vice President Kamala Harris appears to have won about 12 million fewer votes than Biden did against Trump in 2020. Court shoots down Biden admin’s mass amnesty order for hundreds of thousands of illegal migrants

By Jason Hopkins | Daily Caller The Biden-Harris administration suffered a major defeat in federal court on Thursday amid its fight to provide amnesty for up to half a million illegal migrants living in the United States. President Joe Biden’s executive order that attempted to provide a pathway to citizenship for hundreds of thousands of illegal migrants married to American citizens is unlawful, a federal judge in the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Texas ruled on Thursday. Biden’s order, which was first announced over the summer, was challenged by the Texas attorney general and a slate of other GOP-led states. “Since day one, the Biden-Harris Administration has dedicated itself to the decimation of our immigration system and the erasure of our borders,” stated Gene...

Biden/Harris deliver more migrants than jobs in October

By Neil Munro | Breitbart President Joe Biden’s border deputies invited four times more migrants in October than the number of extra jobs created by CEOs, according to data obtained by NewsNation. Business groups created 12,000 additional jobs in September, amid an economic slowdown at the strike at Boeing. The 12,000 number was one-ninth of the 112,500 new jobs that were expected. But Biden’s deputies also invited 49,840 more parole migrants to fly or bus into the U.S. for jobs during October. Those “parole migrants” are welcomed by the  Office of Field Operations (OFO) at the ports of entry along the border. READ THE FULL STORY AT BREITBART

White House altered Biden’s ‘garbage’ transcript despite concerns from stenographers

By Joseph A. Wulfsohn , Jacqui Heinrich  | Fox News The White House altered the transcript of President Biden's controversial "garbage" comment despite the concerns of stenographers, Fox News Digital has confirmed.  In an email viewed by Fox News Digital, a supervisor sounded the alarm on the White House press office's "breach of protocol and spoilation of transcript integrity between the Stenography and Press Offices." "If there is a difference in interpretation, the Press Office may choose to withhold the transcript but cannot edit it independently," the supervisor wrote in the email. "Our Stenography Office transcript — released to our distro, which includes the National Archives — is now different than the version edited and released to the public by Press Office staff." ...
