Seven schools received grants which Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy told The Daily Wire were advancing a “radical DEI and green agenda” that is wasteful and counter to the Trump administration’s priorities. Captain Rebecca Lobach, piloting the Black Hawk, was undergoing an annual flight evaluation at the time, while her co-pilot, Chief Warrant Officer 2 Andrew Loyd Eaves, served as the flight instructor.
