Trump says Biden’s border wall sale is ‘almost a criminal act,’ will seek restraining order

By Spencer Lindquist | Daily Wire President-elect Donald Trump tore into the Biden Administration for selling off parts of the border wall following an exclusive Daily Wire investigation, charging that it is “almost a criminal act” and also that he intends to seek a restraining order. Trump made the statement after a Daily Wire investigation revealed that the Biden administration was selling off portions of the border wall in public auctions, with a goal of unloading the border wall before Trump takes office in January. One Republican Senator found that the administration was recouping just 0.2% of the original cost of the wall material to taxpayers. “The administration is trying to sell it for five cents on the dollar knowing that we’re getting ready to put it...

Hillman: This ain’t your father’s Colorado

By Mark Hillman | Commentary, MarkHillman.com If you’re 40 or older, today’s Colorado is very different politically than the state where you grew up – assuming you grew up here. Except for Lyndon Johnson’s landslide win over Barry Goldwater in 1964, no Democrat won more than 45% in Colorado between 1952 and 2000. When Bill Clinton won Colorado in 1992 (with 40% in a three-way race), we became a “swing state” in presidential races through 2008.  Three of those elections were decided by less than 5%. Republicans’ most decisive win in that era was George W. Bush by 8.4% in 2000.  Ranked by margin of victory, Colorado was then 19th most-Republican state, darker red than Ohio, Missouri, Tennessee, Florida or Iowa. Trump reportedly looks to privatize United States Postal Service

By Julianna Frieman | Daily Caller President-elect Donald Trump is reportedly looking to privatize the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), three people familiar with the matter told The Washington Post in a report published Sunday. Trump has made known his desire to detach the USPS from the federal government in conversations at his Mar-a-Lago estate, sources informed the outlet, including with Howard Lutnick, his commerce secretary pick and co-chair of his presidential transition team. In early December, Trump also talked with a group of transition team officials to feel out their opinions on privatizing the agency, one person told the outlet. As mail volume declines for the Postal Service, the agency has reportedly lost $9.5 billion in the fiscal year ending on Sept. 30, Th...

ABC news to apologize, pay $16 million in defamation suit settlement with Donald Trump

By Haley Strack | National Review ABC News and anchor George Stephanopoulos have reached a settlement in a defamation suit brought by President-elect Donald Trump, which requires the network to apologize, contribute $15 million to a “Presidential foundation and museum to be established by or for Plaintiff,” and pay Trump’s legal team $1 million. Defendants also must say they “regret” the defamatory comments, which Stephanopoulos made on-air in March during a broadcast with South Carolina representative Nancy Mace, that spurred Trump’s lawsuit. During the broadcast, the news anchor asked Mace why she supported Trump, who he said was found liable in Manhattan for raping E. Jean Carroll. “You’ve endorsed Donald Trump for president. Judges and two separate juries have found him liable...

By Shawn Fleetwood | The Federalist Clocking in at 1,813 pages, the 2025 NDAA is stuffed with items unrelated to defense policy and void of conservative priorities. Congressional leaders are gearing up to ram through a $895 billion pork-filled defense bill before President-elect Donald Trump is sworn into office next month. According to The Hill, the House is expected to vote on the 1,813-page National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2025 on Wednesday. Inside Team Trump’s big bet on election integrity in 2024 and how it paid off

By Reagan Reese | Daily Caller If the 2020 election taught the Republican National Committee anything, it was that in a new world of drop-boxes and ballot harvesting, they needed to rethink how they play the game. And if the 2024 election proved anything, it was that going big on election integrity and working with third-party groups to turn out votes worked. After 2020, nearly two-thirds of Republicans and Trump voters said they had little faith votes were counted accurately, according to one poll. That year, in the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, a number of election laws were changed and others were completely ignored in key swing states. Thanks to Democrat super lawyer Marc Elias, voters could use ballot drop-boxes, mail-in voting and early voting in states like Pennsylv...

‘A fragrance your enemies can’t resist’: ‘Fight, fight, fight’ Trump fragrance uses Jill Biden to sell it

By Aimee Picchi | CBS Colorado President-elect Donald Trump on Sunday used a photo of himself sitting next to first lady Jill Biden to announce a new line of fragrances on his Truth Social app, with the caption, "A fragrance your enemies can't resist!" The fragrance line, called "Fight, Fight, Fight," includes cologne for men and a perfume for women, each retailing for $199. Trump is also selling bundles of two or more fragrances, with the second item 50% off, according to the GetTrumpFragrances.com website. The photo of Jill Biden seated near Trump was taken Dec. 7 when they, along with dozens of heads of state and officials, attended the reopening of Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, five years after the landmark suffered a massive fire that toppled its spire. The image captures th...

Hegseth, Trump’s Sec. of Defense pick, is ‘good man, committed to America’, U.S. Rep.-elect Crank says

By BRIAN PORTER | Rocky Mountain Voice While half of the eight Coloradans in the U.S. House are Republican, when it comes down to a vote on confirming President Donald J. Trump's nominees, it is unlikely anyone can depend on one from Colorado senators. "There are lots of Republicans who voted to confirm all or most of Joe Biden's cabinet, and that's the way it should work," said new U.S. Rep.-elect Jeff Crank, a Republican, of Colorado Springs' 5th District during an appearance on the Dan Caplis Show. https://twitter.com/jeffcrank/status/1864718732997841189 He is joined in the U.S. House by Republican U.S. Reps. Lauren Boebert (4th District), Gabe Evans (8th District) and Jeff Hurd (3rd District). The U.S. Senate holds the advise and consent approval power over nominees, mean...
