It’s a packed field of candidates aiming to take a seat on Aurora City Council

By Kyla Pearce | The Denver Gazette Candidates are lining up quickly for five Aurora City Council seats that are up for election at the end of the year, with campaigns including those from a former Aurora councilmember, a former mayoral candidate and a current councilmember. As of Tuesday, Aurora's campaign finance system showed five candidates for Ward I, one candidate each for Wards II and III and two candidates for two at-large seats. The Aurora City Council is made up of a mayor and 10 councilmembers, with six of them representing individual wards and four elected at-large to represent the entire city. She announced Tuesday her intention to seek a second, four-year term to an Aurora City Council at-large seat. The City Council includes 11 members in three wards and at-large seats. By Hannah Knudsen | Breitbart Leaks have interfered with the work of border czar Tom Homan, Aurora City Council Member Danielle Jurinsky said during an appearance on Breitbart News Daily. Jurinsky is the councilwoman who blew the lid off the violent gang activity of Tren de Aragua in her city, despite constant smears against her and denials from officials. But, she was proven to be right, and now, Homan is on the case.
