Jeff Hurd, R-3rd District, invited people to the U.S. District Court house on Monday, Jan. 27, to attend a ceremonial swearing into office. The Hon. Gordon Gallagher presided over the ceremony, where there was a standing-room only crowd.  “We are here today for the ceremonial swearing in of Congressman Jeff Hurd. "I'm going to continue to be a voice for all of Colorado. This isn't a goodbye," the Republican said in a video posted to her Twitter/X account. "I will still be voting for you, even if you can't vote for me." In Colorado Congressional District 3, once again the Frisch campaign, in cahoots with the Colorado Democrats, is spending money and sending flyers to voters in support of a third-party candidate who can’t win. This time they are promoting Libertarian James Wiley, who is running in an attempt to suck votes away from Republican Jeff Hurd.
