While Cheung was not a regular presence on television like some of Trump’s other aides, he has worked with the former president in a communications role for years, having served on Trump’s 2016 and 2020 campaigns. Cheung also did a stint as a top communications official for The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), a league headed up by Trump ally Dana White.
