The complexes at issue are The Edge at Lowry, located at East 12th Avenue and Dallas Street, and Whispering Pines, at East 13th Avenue and Helena Street. CBZ Management operates both complexes, which have suffered a severe lack of maintenance along with concerns about the presence of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua. On Thursday, Aurora City Manager Jason Batchelor offered two police officers at each property for two weeks and possibly longer, but only if the owner installs an on-site property manager at each location. While it may look mysterious, the odd shaped white-clear orb in the sky isn’t a mystery – it’s a piece of technology similar to a weather balloon. On Friday morning, FOX31 viewers reported a strange balloon in Johnstown. Around 7:20 a.m., SkyFOX tracked it down in Longmont. Here’s a close-up of the balloon, taken from a FOX31 viewer’s telescope: According to World View Enterprises, a space exploration and technology company, the balloon is one of their Stratollite balloons, which is similar to a weather balloon. On Tuesday afternoon, Fort Collins Police Services told FOX31 that a school bus full of children stopped at a regular bus stop to let the kids out. The bus stop is across from the Murphy Center, which is described as a hub for those experiencing homelessness. A man allegedly walked across the street and tried to enter the bus, police said. By Morgan Whitley | KDVR The Regional Transportation District and local authorities are investigating what they called racist signs that have popped up at bus stations along Colfax Avenue. According to RTD, on Thursday, a bus operator spotted a sign at around 5 a.m. at a bus stop near Colfax Avenue and Oneida Street in the Montclair neighborhood. The operator said the metal sign was attached to a bus stop pole and appeared to have been installed shortly before the operator reported it.
