After sightings above three states ‘for weeks’ some want action or threaten to take matters into own hands

By Michael Ruiz , Julia Bonavita | Fox News New Jersey residents frustrated with a lack of answers regarding dozens of potential drone sightings in the skies above their homes are threatening to take action on their own if the government doesn't start providing answers. James Ward, a Jersey Shore realtor, shared video on Facebook that he said showed "SUV-size drones" above Island Beach State Park taken Sunday. It's difficult to judge their size in the clip, which showed a number of lights hovering in the sky. "Dozens of SUV-size drones in all directions," the caption read. "Emerging at same time and flying over the ocean and then heading in different directions – what do you think?" READ THE FULL STORY AT FOX NEWS

Lawmaker demands accountability at UPenn after prof praises accused assassin Luigi Mangione

By Charles Creitz  | Fox News  A Pennsylvania congressman fired off a scathing letter overnight to the University of Pennsylvania’s president demanding the firing of a left-wing professor whose social media posts lauded Luigi Mangione, the suspect accused of murdering UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. In his letter, GOP Rep. Dan Meuser called for Cinema & Media Studies professor Julia Alekseyeva’s firing and noted the university had just finished weathering another scandal relating to its soft response to antisemitic and pro-Hamas protests. Alekseyeva made her online accounts private this week after blowback for saying – among other things – that she is proud to be a UPenn Quaker like the accused killer. Thompson's murder sparked a left-wing outcry depicting ...

Suspect in UnitedHealthcare CEO murder silent no more after outburst

By Christina Coulter , Audrey Conklin  | Fox News Luigi Mangione, the man charged with murder in the death of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, broke his day of silence with an outburst as he was escorted into a Pennsylvania courthouse, where he challenged his arrest. "It's completely out of touch, and an insult to the intelligence of the American people and its lived experience," Mangione shouted, prompting his detail of about 10 officers to hurry him inside.  Dressed in an orange jumpsuit, Mangione appeared unfazed. He was seen whispering with his attorney, Thomas Dickey, glancing at reporters and mumbling to himself at the Blair County Court hearing around 2 p.m. READ THE FULL STORY AT FOX NEWS

Trump shooting task force says DHS, Secret Service haven’t produced docs on golf course incident

By Elizabeth Elkind  | Fox News The House Task Force investigating the assassination attempts on President-elect Trump's life has released its final report on Tuesday, detailing "preexisting conditions and leadership failures" that led to the deadly campaign rally in Pennsylvania in July. While the bipartisan panel was given ample information on that shooting, the report suggested requests for documents on the second attempt on Trump's life – this one at his Palm Beach golf course in September – were seemingly stonewalled. "The Task Force notes that as of the date of publication of this report, [the Department of Homeland Security], [U.S. Secret Service], FBI, and [Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives] have not produced any documents responsive to the Task...

Feds using banks to surveil Americans’ financial data without warrants, House Judiciary says

By  Brooke Singman  | Fox News Federal law enforcement has been manipulating the Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) system to gain access to Americans’ financial information without warrants or probable cause, the House Judiciary Committee said Friday.  The panel and its Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government released its interim report, first obtained by Fox News Digital, which details its findings.  The committee said in the report that the FBI "has manipulated" the SAR's filing process to treat financial institutions "as de facto arms of law enforcement, issuing ‘requests’ without legal process, that amount to demands for information related to certain persons or activities it considers ‘suspicious.'" Josh Hawley scolds airline executives for putting Americans through a ‘horrible’ flying experience

By Alexander Hall | Fox News Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo. skewered airline executives on Wednesday, arguing their service has been a ‘disaster’ for the American people. During a Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, senior executives from American Airlines, United Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Spirit Airlines and Frontier Airlines were questioned about their companies increasing fees on customoers.  Sen. Fani Willis ordered to give watchdog all communications with special counsel Jack Smith

By Greg Wehner  | Fox News A Georgia judge ordered Fulton County District Attorney Fani Williams to hand over records related to her communications with special counsel Jack Smith and the U.S. House January 6 Committee after failing to comply with a request under the Open Records Act (ORA). The nonprofit group Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit against Willis in March after her office claimed it did not have any documents and communications on file between Willis and Smith or Willis and the January 6th Committee. But it turned out her office did have communications, and on Monday, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney ordered Willis to produce them within five business days. McBurney also determined in his ruling that Willis violated Georgia’s open records act b...

South Korean president lifts martial law after lawmakers reject move

By Louis Casiano  | Fox News South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol lifted his martial law declaration after lawmakers rejected the move following Yoon's vow to eliminate "anti-state" forces in a serious challenge to the country's Parliament, which he accused of sympathizing with North Korea.  The Tuesday night declaration was vocally opposed by the speaker of Parliament and even the leader of Yoon's own party, Han Dong-hoon, who has clashed with the president over his handling of recent scandals, Reuters reported.  Shortly after Yoon made his announcement, people began gathering outside the Parliament building, some of them shouting: "Withdraw emergency martial law!" while scuffling with troops. Under South Korean law, the president must lift martial law if the Parliament...
